Joanna McCusker joined Mark Phillips Construction in the fall of 2020, bringing with her nearly two decades of experience in the building and design industry. She holds a degree in interior design from the University of Arkansas and has dedicated her career to working in various aspects of the industry.

With her design and project management background, Joanna works closely with clients from the beginning to the end of the homebuilding process. She strives to make the process easy and enjoyable for clients, offering her expertise and guidance. With a keen eye for detail and extensive knowledge of design trends, Joanna ensures that each home reflects the unique style and preferences of its owners.

Joanna resides in Fayetteville with her husband and two daughters.
